This panel and workshop will bring together people with lived experience of racism, ableism, and transphobia who also have significant expertise in facilitating organisational change. Together they will challenge us to explore proactive ways that we can ‘channel our rage’, accommodating our own and others’ trauma, in order to speak back to structural oppression as individuals, leaders, employees, activists and collaborators.

A panel discussion facilitated by Errol Amerasekera (author of ‘The Anti Racist Organisation’) and Dr. Son Vivienne (author of ‘Queering Safe Spaces’) You will have an opportunity to meet and get to know diverse community members, and legendary activists including Transgender Victoria's staff and Committee members.
